Now more than ever, our health – both physical and mental – is so important! Unfortunately, we can’t gather in the Viva studio to share the joys and challenges of exercising together. But we don’t want you to lose the motivation you’ve built over time.

That’s why VLTY was created! The power of our beautiful community still exists – it has just moved to our device screens temporarily. From the comfort of your home or yard, you can see the familiar faces of the Viva team, keeping you active and encouraging you to dig deep, even when we know it’s hard.

We are offering a range of online fitness classes to keep you active, feeling stronger and leaner, as well as more toned and flexible, too.

However, if you’re finding it hard to wind down and switch off from the constant COVID-19 updates, we really recommend you try our online yoga and meditation classes. Our incredible instructor, Silvia, has a beautifully calming energy that can help relieve tension and overwhelm. Take the time to honour the feelings you’re having – and then allow yourself to release them through soothing, slow-flow yoga and gentle, guided meditations.
